Bruno Berner saw his F.C. Tuggen side fall to a narrow 1-0 defeat to BSC Old Boys on Saturday 11 March, but the former Swiss international remained positive after the loss.
In a game of few chances, Tuggen’s good defensive work was undone in the 61st minute when a misunderstanding between goalkeeper and full-back led to the game’s only goal.
After two difficult away fixtures in succession, Berner is keen to get his side back on home soil.
He said: “I’m disappointed that we conceded such a sloppy goal, but now it’s important to pull our sleeves up and bounce back. We face SC Brühl in what will be our first home game of 2017 on Saturday (18 March), and it is a game which we are very much looking forward to.”
