Swiss Promotion League side SC Kriens, managed by former international defender Bruno Berner, took a well-deserved break from training last week to enjoy some down-time at the club’s training ground.
SC Kriens, who sit at the top of the league after four straight wins, will next take on Stade Nyonnais on Wedensday 20 September.
Speaking of the team-bonding event, Berner said: “Every now and then it is so important to strengthen the bond of our team off the pitch.
“This week was a perfect time to enjoy some relaxation around the training ground. For one session, we replaced the tactics board with other activities. I left the entire organisation of the day’s activities to my staff – and was incredibly proud to see the way that they brought everything together.
“The players and staff enjoyed playing table tennis and basketball, before we all enjoyed an excellent barbecue.”
